4 medium heirloom tomatoes, assorted colors (red, yellow, green)

1 ball of fresh burrata cheese

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon honey

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn

2 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted

Optional: Flaky sea salt for garnish

Prepare the Tomatoes: Wash and dry the heirloom tomatoes. Cut them into wedges or thick slices, depending on your preference. Arrange them on a large serving platter or individual plates for a beautiful presentation.
