½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup cucumber, diced

¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced

½ avocado, diced

¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Prepare the Chicken: If you haven't already, shred the cooked chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and set aside in a large mixing bowl.

    Mix the Greens: Add the mixed greens to the bowl with the shredded chicken.

      Add Vegetables: Toss in the halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, thinly sliced red onion, and diced avocado.
