4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Optional: 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (for spice)

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, feta cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is creamy.

      Prepare the chicken breasts: Take each chicken breast and make a pocket by slicing it horizontally, being careful not to cut all the way through. Season both sides of each breast with salt and pepper.

        Stuff the chicken: Generously stuff each chicken breast with the spinach and feta mixture, ensuring that you evenly distribute the filling among all four breasts. If needed, secure the openings with toothpicks to prevent the filling from leaking out.

          Sear the chicken: In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the stuffed chicken breasts. Sear for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

            Bake the chicken: After searing, transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and is cooked through.
