1 can (16.5 oz) refrigerated pizza dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup sliced pepperoni

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 egg (for egg wash)

1/2 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Fresh basil leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Prepare Pizza Dough: Open the can of refrigerated pizza dough and roll it out on a lightly floured surface. Cut the dough into 12 equal squares, about 3x3 inches each.

      Fill the Dough: In a mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Place about 1-2 tablespoons of this mixture in the center of each dough square.

        Form the Bombs: Carefully fold the edges of each dough square up and over the filling, pinching the seams tightly to secure the filling inside. Make sure there are no gaps, as they will leak during baking.

          Egg Wash: In a small bowl, beat the egg and brush a thin coat over the top of each pizza bomb. This will give them a beautiful golden color when baked.

            Drizzle Olive Oil: Drizzle olive oil on top of each pizza bomb for extra flavor and crispiness.

              Bake: Place the pizza bombs on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and puffed.
