Ingredients
  

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

2 oz cream cheese

1 large egg

1 cup almond flour

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried oregano

½ tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Melt the Cheeses: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the cheeses are completely melted and well combined.

      Mix the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted cheese mixture, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, dried oregano, baking powder, and salt. Mix until a dough forms. The mixture will be sticky; that’s normal!

        Shape the Dough: Transfer the dough to the lined baking sheet. With your hands or a spatula, spread the dough into a rectangle about ½ inch thick.

          Add the Topping: Brush the melted butter over the top of the dough, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

            Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the top is bubbly.

              Cut and Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Cut into sticks and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
