2 slices of sourdough bread (or your favorite bread)

1 cup cooked shredded chicken (store-bought rotisserie chicken works great)

1/2 cup marinara sauce

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil or butter (for grilling)

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

Fresh basil leaves (for garnish, optional)

Salt and pepper to taste
