1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined (fresh or thawed)

1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup olive oil

Zest and juice of 1 large lemon

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and black pepper to taste

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Shrimp & Asparagus: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, asparagus, and minced garlic.

      Make the Marinade: In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, paprika, oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
