1/4 cup chia seeds

1 tablespoon poppy seeds

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

1/4 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

Zest of 2 lemons
