Ingredients
  

2 ripe avocados

1 ripe mango, diced

1 lime (juiced)

1 small red chili, finely chopped (optional)

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 slices of whole grain or sourdough bread

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh cilantro or mint leaves, for garnish

Sesame seeds, for garnish

Optional: Crumbled feta cheese

Prepare the Avocado Mixture:

    In a mixing bowl, scoop out the flesh of the avocados. Add the lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mash gently with a fork until creamy but still chunky. If you enjoy a little kick, add the finely chopped chili.
