2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced

1 large cucumber, diced (preferably English or Persian)

1 small red onion, finely chopped

1-2 fresh red chilies, thinly sliced (adjust based on heat preference)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup

1/2 teaspoon sea salt (or to taste)

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup roasted peanuts, roughly chopped (for garnish)
