Ingredients

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 lb ground beef (80/20)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup diced yellow onion

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup dill pickle relish (optional)

1/4 cup ketchup (for serving)

1/4 cup mustard (for serving)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Filling: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat. Add the diced onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the onions are softened. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Roll Out the Dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles as indicated on the package. You will use these triangles to create the sliders.

Assemble the Sliders: On each triangle, add about 1 tablespoon of the beef mixture at the wider end. Top with about 1 tablespoon of shredded cheddar cheese and a small dollop of dill pickle relish if desired.

Roll the Sliders: Starting from the wide end, roll the triangle tightly around the filling towards the tip. Place the sliders seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each slider.

Bake: Brush the tops of the sliders with a little melted butter (optional) and sprinkle with sesame seeds for extra flavor and crunch. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve with ketchup and mustard on the side for dipping.
