Ingredients

1 package (12 oz) wonton wrappers

1 pound ground beef (preferably 80/20 blend)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your preferred cheese)

1/2 cup diced pickles

1/4 cup ketchup

1/4 cup mustard

1/4 cup diced onions (optional)

Olive oil or cooking spray, for greasing muffin tin

Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare Wonton Wrappers: Lightly grease a mini muffin tin with olive oil or cooking spray. Carefully press each wonton wrapper into the muffin tin, forming little cups. Allow a bit of the wrapper to hang over the edges.

Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Season it with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks (about 5-7 minutes). Drain excess grease.

Assemble Filling: Once the beef is cooked, remove the skillet from heat. Stir in the shredded cheese, diced pickles, and optional diced onions. Mix until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.

Fill Wonton Cups: Spoon the cheeseburger filling into each wonton cup, filling them generously.

Bake: Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the wonton edges are crispy and golden brown.

Add Condiments: Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes. Before serving, drizzle ketchup and mustard over the tops to taste.

Garnish and Serve: Carefully remove the wonton cups from the muffin tin. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.
