1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Prepare the Cauliflower:

    - Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

      - Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower, then chop it into florets. Steam the florets for about 5-7 minutes until tender.

        Rice the Cauliflower:

          - After steaming, let the florets cool for a few minutes, then transfer them to a clean kitchen towel. Wring out the excess moisture (this step is crucial for crispy tots).

            - Use a food processor to pulse the steamed cauliflower until it resembles rice or fine crumbs.

              Mix the Ingredients:
