4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup basil pesto

1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped

1/4 cup black olives, sliced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Olive oil for brushing

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven:

    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy clean-up.

      Prepare the Tortillas:

        On a clean cutting board, lay out one flour tortilla. Lightly brush one side with olive oil, then flip it over so the oiled side is facing down.
