8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened

4 oz (115g) turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp black pepper

4 large flour tortillas (10-inch size)

Olive oil spray (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled turkey bacon, chopped spinach, shredded mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir well until all ingredients are evenly mixed.

    Assemble the Roll-Ups: Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the turkey bacon and spinach mixture over the entire tortilla, leaving about half an inch border around the edges.

      Roll: Starting from one end, tightly roll the tortilla away from you to form a log. Ensure it's tightly rolled to help prevent any filling from spilling out. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

        Slice the Roll-Ups: Once all tortillas are rolled, use a sharp knife to slice them into bite-sized pieces, about 1 inch thick. You can place them seam-side down to keep them from unraveling.

          Optional - Crisp Them Up: If you prefer a warm, crispy exterior, spray a skillet with olive oil spray and turn it to medium heat. Add the roll-ups in batches and crisp each side for about 2-3 minutes, until they are golden brown.

            Serve: Arrange the mini roll-ups on a platter, serve warm or at room temperature, and enjoy!
