Ingredients

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup sugar

1 quart (4 cups) of your favorite ice cream (softened)

1 quart (4 cups) of your favorite sorbet (softened)

1 cup whipped cream

1/4 cup chocolate syrup or caramel sauce (for drizzling)

Fresh berries or sliced fruits (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Crust: In a medium mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand.

Form the Base: Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create an even crust. Place the pan in the freezer for about 15 minutes to set.

Layer the Ice Cream: Once the crust is firm, take the softened ice cream and spread it evenly over the crust in the springform pan. Use a spatula to smooth the top. Return to the freezer for another 30 minutes.

Add the Sorbet Layer: Next, spread the softened sorbet evenly on top of the ice cream layer. Use a spatula to smooth the surface again. Freeze for an additional 30 minutes.

Top with Whipped Cream: Remove the cake from the freezer and gently spread the whipped cream over the sorbet layer to create a fluffy topping. Drizzle chocolate syrup or caramel sauce on top for added decadence.

Final Freeze: Cover the cake with aluminum foil or plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or until it is set and firm.

Serve: Before serving, let the cake sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes to make cutting easier. Decorate with fresh berries or sliced fruits if desired, then slice and enjoy your delightful frozen fantasy!
