24 Oreo cookies, crushed

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup miniature peanut butter cups, chopped

1/2 cup crushed Oreos

Make the Crust:

    - In a medium mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.

      - Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan, forming an even layer. Place in the fridge to set while you prepare the filling.

        Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:

          - In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth and creamy using an electric mixer.

            - Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.

              - In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined. Be careful not to deflate the cream.
