1 cup diced fresh peaches (approx. 2 medium peaches)

1/4 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)

1/4 cup chopped almonds (or your preferred nut)

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp salt

2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips (optional, for a sweeter touch)
