2 cups broccoli florets

1 bell pepper, sliced (any color)

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 inch ginger, grated

¼ cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons vegetable oil (divided)

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

3 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Cooked rice or quinoa (for serving)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Beef: In a medium bowl, combine the sliced flank steak, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Toss until the beef is well coated and allow it to marinate for at least 20 minutes while preparing the other ingredients.

    Heat the Pan: In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated beef in a single layer and sear for about 2-3 minutes until browned. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
