Ingredients

1 large flatbread or naan

2 ripe peaches, sliced

1 cup burrata cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon balsamic glaze

1 tablespoon honey

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn

Optional: Arugula for topping

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare the Flatbread: Place the flatbread or naan on a baking sheet. Brush the surface with olive oil for flavor and enhanced crispiness.

Bake the Flatbread: Bake the flatbread in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until it is lightly golden and crispy.

Assemble the Toppings: Remove the flatbread from the oven and let it cool slightly. Once cooled, evenly distribute the sliced peaches on top of the flatbread.

Add the Burrata: Gently tear the burrata cheese into smaller pieces and distribute them evenly over the peaches.

Season: Drizzle the balsamic glaze and honey over the flatbread. Sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper to enhance the flavors.

Garnish: Finish with torn basil leaves and, if you like, add a handful of arugula for a peppery bite.

Serve: Cut into slices and serve immediately for the best taste and texture.
