8 oz elbow macaroni

1 cup cooked bacon, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumbers, diced

1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

1 packet ranch dressing mix (about 1 oz)

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool.

    Prepare the Dressing: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.
