2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup fettuccine pasta, cooked al dente

1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

8 large flour tortillas or flatbreads

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preparation of the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked fettuccine, Alfredo sauce, fresh spinach, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

    Assemble the Roll-Ups: Place a tortilla or flatbread on a clean surface. Spread approximately 1/2 to 3/4 cup of the chicken Alfredo filling evenly over the tortilla, leaving about an inch border around the edges.

      Rolling the Tortilla: Carefully roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other, encasing the filling. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas and filling.

        Prepare for Baking: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the rolled tortillas seam-side down in a greased baking dish. Pour any remaining Alfredo sauce over the top of the roll-ups, ensuring they are well-coated.

          Add Cheese and Bake: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the roll-ups, and cover the baking dish with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
