1 cup blueberries

2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon lemon juice

                - In a mixing bowl, toss the strawberries, peaches, and blueberries with honey, olive oil, vanilla extract, salt, and lemon zest until evenly coated.

                  - Spread the fruit mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

                    - Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fruits begin to caramelize and soften. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.

                      Prepare the Creamy Spread:

                        - In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
