Ingredients

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 cup cream cheese, softened

½ cup sour cream

½ cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Tortilla chips or toasted baguette slices, for serving

Instructions

Preheat the oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth and creamy.

Add the flavors: To the mixture, add the minced garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix well to incorporate all the flavors.

Incorporate the greens: Gently fold in the chopped spinach and artichoke hearts until evenly distributed throughout the creamy base.

Cheesy goodness: Mix in ¾ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and the grated Parmesan cheese, reserving the remaining mozzarella for topping.

Transfer to baking dish: Pour the dip mixture into a baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

Add topping: Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top of the dip to create a deliciously cheesy crust.

Bake: Place the dip in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.

Cool and garnish: Once out of the oven, let the dip cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Serve: Serve warm with tortilla chips or toasted baguette slices for dipping.
