Ingredients

2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 cup maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1/4 cup almond milk (or other plant-based milk)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of sea salt

Optional toppings: fresh berries, crushed nuts, or coconut whipped cream

Instructions

Prepare the Avocados: In a food processor or high-speed blender, add the peeled and pitted avocados. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

Add the Dry Ingredients: Sift in the unsweetened cocoa powder to avoid lumps. Blend again until fully incorporated.

Sweeten the Mix: Add the maple syrup and almond milk to the avocado and cocoa mixture. Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt. Blend until everything is fully combined and the pudding is silky smooth.

Taste and Adjust: Check the sweetness. If you prefer a sweeter pudding, add more maple syrup to taste, and blend again.

Chill: Transfer the pudding into bowls or cups, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld and to enjoy a cooler treat.

Serve: Once chilled, serve the pudding topped with your choice of fresh berries, crushed nuts, or a dollop of coconut whipped cream for an extra touch of indulgence.
