2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 avocado, diced

1 small red onion, finely chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 lime, juiced

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

6 cups mixed salad greens (such as romaine, spinach, or arugula)

Optional toppings: tortilla strips, shredded cheese, or sliced jalapeños

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, black beans, corn, red bell pepper, avocado, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and chopped cilantro. Toss gently to mix.

    In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, ground cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. This will serve as your dressing.
