Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup Sriracha sauce

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

Marinate the Chicken: In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the marinade for glazing later. Place the chicken thighs in a large resealable bag or a shallow dish, and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for more flavor).

Preheat the Grill or Oven: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cook the Chicken: Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. If grilling, place the chicken directly on the grill grates and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, basting with the reserved marinade during the last few minutes of cooking. If baking, place the chicken in a greased baking dish and bake for about 25-30 minutes, again basting with the reserved marinade halfway through.

Check Doneness: Ensure the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C). Once done, remove from the grill or oven and let it rest for about 5 minutes.

Garnish and Serve: Slice the chicken into strips and drizzle any remaining glaze over the top. Garnish with sliced green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Serve with your favorite sides such as steamed rice or sautéed vegetables.
