1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled

1 ripe banana, sliced

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)

1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)

1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for added nutrition)

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings:

Sliced fresh strawberries

In a blender, combine the strawberries, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), chia seeds, and vanilla extract.
