Ingredients
  

1 French baguette, sliced into 1/2 inch thick pieces

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and diced

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 cup fresh mozzarella, diced or use mozzarella pearls

Optional: Balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions
 

Prepare the Baguette:

    - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

      - Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush one side with olive oil.

        - Toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes or until golden and crispy.

          Prepare the Strawberry Mixture:

            - In a bowl, combine the diced strawberries, chopped basil, balsamic vinegar, and the remaining olive oil.

              - Gently toss the mixture to ensure the strawberries are evenly coated. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
