1 package of pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 small zucchini, thinly sliced

1 small bell pepper (any color), diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 small red onion, thinly sliced

1 cup baby spinach

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Add the zucchini, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and spinach. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle in the oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

      Roll Out the Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, approximately 10x14 inches.
