¼ cup sweet chili sauce

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoon sesame oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1 head of iceberg or butter lettuce (for wraps)

¼ cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Prep the Ingredients: Start by chopping all your vegetables: bell pepper, carrot, and water chestnuts. Set aside.

    Cook the Chicken: Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
