Ingredients

2 cups white chocolate chips

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup unsalted butter

1 cup pecans, chopped

1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

Cooking spray or parchment paper (for lining the pan)

Instructions

Prepare the Pan: Line an 8x8 inch square baking dish with parchment paper or spray it with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Melt White Chocolate Mixture: In a medium saucepan, melt the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter over medium heat. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and fully combined. Be careful not to let it boil.

Add Flavors: Once melted, remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the vanilla extract and salt until evenly distributed.

Incorporate Pecan and Caramel: Allow the mixture to cool slightly for about 5 minutes. Then, fold in the chopped pecans and half of the caramel sauce (reserve the other half for drizzling later) until well combined.

Set the Fudge: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until it’s firm to the touch.

Drizzle Caramel: Once set, remove the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper. Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce over the top of the fudge, allowing it to cascade beautifully.

Cut and Serve: Using a sharp knife, cut the fudge into small squares or rectangles. Allow it to sit at room temperature for a few minutes if it feels too firm to cut easily.

Enjoy: Serve the fudge on a decorative plate or package it in a gift box for a sweet treat or a delightful present!
