Ingredients

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2-3 fresh jalapeños, seeds removed and finely chopped (adjust to taste)

¼ cup green onions, chopped

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

½ cup crispy bacon bits (optional)

Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Use a hand mixer or spatula to mix until smooth and creamy.

Add the Cheeses: Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese until well incorporated.

Incorporate Spices: Add the chopped jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to the mixture. If you're using crispy bacon bits, fold them in here as well. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Spoon the dip mixture into a medium-sized baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake the Dip: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the top is lightly golden.

Serve: Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips for dipping.
