Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese

1 cup canned jalapeños, diced (drained)

3 green onions, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

½ cup Panko breadcrumbs

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Use a hand mixer or a spatula to blend until smooth.

Add Cheeses: Stir in the shredded sharp cheddar and pepper jack cheeses until well combined.

Incorporate Jalapeños and Onions: Gently fold in the diced jalapeños, green onions, minced garlic, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until everything is well incorporated.

Prepare the Topping: In a separate bowl, combine Panko breadcrumbs with olive oil and a pinch of salt. Mix well to ensure the breadcrumbs are evenly coated.

Assemble the Dip: Transfer the creamy jalapeño mixture into a greased baking dish (approximately 8x8 inches). Spread it out evenly and then sprinkle the Panko mixture on top.

Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and the top is golden brown.

Garnish and Serve: Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. If desired, garnish with fresh cilantro before serving. Enjoy warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced veggies!
